After our hike at Mirror Lake, we were starving. Once we made it back to the city, our choice for dinner was at Tarad Thai Market. What a gem it is! They serve authentic Thai food in a beautifully decorated comfy restaurant.
For appetizer, we ordered the house special pork bun and “muu yang” grilled pork. We paired these with Thai imported Singha beers. Nothing beats ice cold beers with hot and spicy dishes.
For entree, we got their famous crab pad Thai and “guoy teaw moo” pork noodle soup. The pad thai noodles were prepared just right, not hard and not mushy either. The real crab meat gave the pad Thai a very distinctive taste, separating it from the typical choice of chicken or pork. The broth of the pork noodle soup was very flavorful.
We devoured every dish here with great excitement. Definitely a quality choice of restaurant!
