Day 2 started at 12:00pm. With a hungry tummy, we headed to Pine State Biscuits. There are various locations in Portland and do expect to wait in line. Pine State Biscuits started in Portland specializing in Southern style breakfast/brunch.

We ordered the Reggie Deluxe, Hash Ups w/ steak, a side of fried chicken, and a cinnamon roll.

Everything came out fresh. The biscuit was warm, soft, and full. The fried chicken, juicy. The egg, perfect. The cinnamon roll? Soft, warm, and not too sweet! Delicious!

Pine State Biscuits definitely lives up to its reputation.
